- Do you want the “getting ready” covered? Before the ceremony?
- Then you’d like some photos after the ceremony perhaps at The Biltmore (we know it very well – see our Biltmore gallery) — please keep in mind The Biltmore will probably want to charge you a “photoshoot fee”
- How many people will attend ?
- You don’t want videography (watch video samples here)
- You’d like 1 photographer for about 1-2 hours of coverage
- You don’t want an option for an album (watch this 90 second video describing our albums)

Nearly all of our clients ask us for some type of discount. And we understand. Weddings are expensive. So we give you 3 different discounts right up front: A 24 hour discount; Pay with check discount & Pay in Full discount. Let me explain:
You can lower the price of your contract
3 different ways …
- 24-hour discount – Save 4% if you pay your deposit within 24 hours of receiving our price quote.
- Pay with Check discount – Save another 4% if you make all your payments with check or bank transfer versus credit or debit cards.
- Pay in Full discount – Save another 5% if you you pay the entire contract off, upfront in one payment.
So, if you use all 3 discounts, you can lower the price of your contract by 13%.

What is a highlight video?
They have become very popular in recent years as they give a beautiful highlight of the entire event within a captivating 5-10 minutes.

Our standard package does not include the longer, feature-length video.
Cinematic length: A cinematic length, also called a feature length video is a longer video. It usually ranges from 30-45 minutes in length for those that enjoy reliving the full moments of the vows and special dances etc. This is an “add-on” item which you can request for an additional charge. Your Wedding Package Includes:
Preferred Vendors – Access to the vendors we’ve personally
worked with and feel comfortable recommending. These are true wedding professionals whom you can trust.
Planning Meeting – A meeting with you in advance of your wedding date to discuss your special day, the details of the event and your photography coverage.
Team Liam – Complete wedding photography coverage by two Team Liam photographers. Although Liam does not shoot weddings anymore, he does oversee every step of your wedding photography & videography from: training his team, scheduling your planning meeting, image selection, editing & retouching. His Team has photographed hundreds of weddings in 6 U.S. states and 4 countries full time for 11 years.
Professional Editing – Your images will be professionally edited and re-touched including: alignment, cropping, exposure, contrast, white balance, color correction, red eye removal, eye & teeth whitening on close ups, etc.
Image altering (e.g., neck tucks, weight reduction, wrinkle reduction, head or eye swaps, adding or removing people, or extensive cosmetic image enhancement) is an additional service and will be billed at $75/hour retouching fee only if requested by client.
Photos in 3 weeks! – Your edited photos will be available online for viewing and ordering within about 21 days of your wedding.
Online ordering system – all your images will be available online to view and order prints and enlargements for 30 days. We can upload them a second time online for just $20.
Your own wedding App! – We’ll create and send you your very own, personalized wedding App — for FREE! Ask to see a sample.
USB thumb drive of your edited images – You’ll receive your edited, high resolution images, without watermark or logo, on a USB thumb drive or via an electronic download (DropBox/WeTransfer). The client will have full copyright use of the images to print and use as he/she desires. Replacement thumb drives and extra copies are available at anytime in the future for $125. We’re sorry but we do not issue the un-edited, RAW images.
Video – If you order video, you will also receive a highlight video which is usually 5-10 minutes in length This includes footage from 2 high definition cameras including ceremony, highlights of special moments at the reception and footage of decorations at the place of Ceremony/Reception; You will receive a USB thumb drive delivered within 3 weeks from your wedding date. Basic package does NOTinclude a feature length (long) film. Please inquire if you would like a longer video.
Parking – the only other fee would be parking/valet for each photographer and videographer at each location – only when applicable.

Many of our clients want a custom-designed wedding album
These are handcrafted, custom-designed, lay-flat high-quality albums. You choose the photos and the order they appear. 30 pages with a maximum of 70 photos. Printed on hard cardstock (heavy paper for Classic book). Treated for fingerprints and UV light. And up to 3 rounds of editing all included! The larger the book the at bigger sizes the photos appear.
