I am very happy with the service that was provided by Wedding Photo & Video by Liam. They are very quick to respond by email or text message. They really made the process very easy and stress free. Carlos and Veronica were absolutely amazing. Carlos made sure to answer any questions I had as the wedding day got closer. They arrived on time, were very professional and were all around happy people. They are really good at what they do and make you feel comfortable at all times. They're like ninjas with those cameras, lol! I would definitely recommend them to any future brides. They're worth every penny!

Liam's team is exceptional. I found Liam through Youtube. We ended up getting married at Longan's Place in the Redlands / Homestead area. I searched Youtube videos for videographers that have done weddings at Longan's Place. I must have seen all the weddings they have shot there, and boy do they not disappoint! All the videos I saw were beautiful and special.I knew that I had to book with Liam and his team.Our videographer Veronica was truly amazing. She did an excellent job capturing our special day. 10/10 recommend. We hired Wedding Video & Photo by Liam for our wedding and they did not disappoint. Liam was just great at my parent's 50th Anniversary party! We were an unruly crowd, but he corraled us, got everyone cooperating, and took some incredible shots. Great quality at a great price! Sharon was the photographer for my event and I could not be more pleased. My husband and I eloped in the upper Keys and hired Wedding Photo & Video by Liam for 2 hours of photography and a highlight video. The whole process from initially reaching out for pricing all the way to receiving our photos and video were so easy and seamless. Our photographer MJ and videographer Eric were AMZING to work with! I am super awkward when being photographed but they made the day so comfortable and easy by guiding my husband and I on what to do. The pictures and video turned out beautiful and were delivered well before the expected date. My wedding occured during the craziness of COVID. My husband and I originally planned to have large 3-day Indian Wedding. Liam and his team were very helpful during the entire process. Unfortunately due to the safety of our family and close loved ones, we went from a 300-people guest list to a 50-people guest list. We changed all our plans, including our venue. Through this stressful transition, Liam and his team were both understanding and flexible to change what we had originally agreed on during our contract signing. When we met MJ our photographer, she was amazing! She not only asked me what I would like days before the event, but she also made sure to follow through with all my requests. She made me feel beautiful and confident as she followed me throughout the entire day/night. She gave me ideas of good picture poses and she also went out of her way to capture beautiful moments. My Husband and I have been working on his immigration for over 2 years. And then out of nowhere we go the visa for him to come in to the country! We less than 90 days to arrange thing during this pandemic. Working with Wedding Photo and Video by Liam has made this monumental in our lives. They were willing to work on with our limited information on the timeline of the immigration process. Also were working very well with in the CDC pandemic guidelines. Picking a photographer and videographer was probably one of the hardest thing to do for my wedding and all I can say is that I am beyond happy I went with Liam! His entire team were very responsive and friendly. They answered all my questions (I had a lot of them) and reassured me even in every little question I had.My videographer was Eric, and he was spectacular. When I saw my mini wedding Clip I almost cried of how beautiful it came out, the attention to detail is what I loved the most as a lot of the hidden details he was able to capture without me even telling him. He also filmed our longer cinematic video however we are saving to see that one with our family on Christmas Day.My photographer was Isabel and she was also extremely friendly. I was nervous for pictures as lighting was an issue with an outside wedding. However, my pictures came out amazingly beautiful. It’s been so difficult to choose which pictures to share with family as I would like to share them all! She also took many pictures of my guest and of the venue which i am so grateful.Finally, we also added a live stream to the package since due to Covid we couldn’t have many of our senior/long distance relatives and that was also a hit! After the wedding a lot of our family members that were on the live stream complimented on how well it was recorded and they even gave us a chance to give everyone a shout out!Thank you to the entire team you guys have given me beautiful work that I will forever cherish and be able to look back at ❤️

With less than 2 days' notice, in COVID 19 conditions and volatile Miami weather, he helped us with putting together an amazing shoot from the very first phone-call. How much does a wedding photographer typically cost?

The price of hiring a wedding photographer and very greatly from affordable to cost-prohibitive. but a good average would be in the $1,500 to $2,500 price range. The cost of a wedding photographer is also affected by the location i.e. what city the wedding is in. And also it is affected whether you have one wedding photographer or two.

Do Miami Wedding Photographers go to the rehearsal?

In general, most wedding photographers do not attend the rehearsal the day before the wedding. From our experience we are asked to attend maybe one rehearsal per year and we are photographing more than one hundred weddings each year. Having your wedding photographer attend the rehearsal does not really help the photographer and in some ways it could just get in the way of your bridal party learning what they need to do on your wedding day.

What do most wedding photography packages include?

Most wedding photography packages include the following:

A planning meeting in advance to discuss your wedding with your wedding photographer.
A certain number of hours with your wedding photographer typically 2 to 12 hours. On average 7 hours.
Editing and retouching of the photos. Delivered edited wedding photos anywhere from 200 to 1000 finished digital files.
Some type of online gallery photos and also an online ordering system so you can order prints and enlargements of your wedding.
Some wedding pictures will include a wedding App.
Your wedding photographer will deliver your wedding photos either via a Dropbox electronic download emailed USB thumb drive.

Optional items that your wedding photographer in your package, are the following:

A second photographer for assistant photographer
A videographer
Live stream of the ceremony.
Engagement photo shoot with your wedding photographer.
Finally, a custom-designed wedding album.

How do you price wedding photography packages?

In general we base our wedding photography on a few criteria including how long we are there; how many photographers are we bringing; the location of the wedding i.e. is it far away or close; the size of your wedding for example do you have 20 people or 200; and finally are we including a print and enlargement package or album; and are we bringing a videographer.

Is 6 hours of wedding photography enough?

From our experience 6 hours of coverage with your wedding photographer can be a very good amount of time for your wedding. Last year we did 93 weddings and the average coverage was 7 hours. 6 hours should be sufficient for your typical wedding. If you have multiple locations on your wedding day such as getting ready for one location and the guys getting ready at a 2nd location, ceremony in one location, and reception in a different location, this would require considerable more hours with your wedding photographer.

How many pictures should you get from your wedding photographer?

We tell our clients we will deliver at least 50 edited photos per hour that we are shooting. So, a 7-hour wedding you would receive at least 350 edited photos. If we have two photographers, you would receive at least 80 edited images per hour.

Should I have one or two photographers at my wedding?

Two wedding photographers will always provide better coverage than one. But we do photograph many weddings with just one wedding photographer because that is what the client requested. When you have a wedding with multiple locations or a wedding that is very large, say over 200 people. It is very helpful to have a second wedding photographer. Without a second photographer you start to miss certain photos. If you would like examples of what those photos are, contact our office

Do photographers eat at weddings?

Most clients do fee their wedding vendors when the time commitment or contract is 4 hours or more. We do not require this in our contract but the majority of our clients do provide a vendor meal. Most of the wedding venues offer a discounted price for vendor meals that you can provide for your wedding photographer.

Do wedding photographers give all photos?

In general no. Part of the reason you’re hiring a wedding photographer is for us to go through all the photos that we took. You don’t want the photos where people’s eyes are closed or the flash didn’t go off or you have an embarrassing look on your face. It is our job to go through all of them and select the best. But rest assured we will select every photo and edit and retouch them for you .

Do wedding photographers retouch photos?

Yes, your wedding photographer should edit and retouch your photos. We include standard editing with all weddings. Standard editing includes things like cropping, alignment, exposure correction, contrast, white balance, color correction and with close-ups of the bride and groom we will do red eye removal and teeth and eye whitening.

What do wedding photographers not edit?

What is not included in our standard editing is what is called image altering. Wedding photographers define image altering as slimming or weight reduction, or eye swaps, removing people or objects from photos. All of these edits cost extra. Please inquire if interested in these services.

How important is a second photographer at a wedding?

We believe a second photographer at a wedding is very helpful. If you are having a very small, short, one-location wedding, one photographer is sufficient. If you have a long wedding, or multiple locations on your wedding day, a second wedding photographer is extremely helpful and you will receive photos that just one photographer cannot achieve.

How long do I need a photographer for at my wedding?

It depends what you’re planning for your wedding day. If you are doing a simple elopement with one hour on the beach, you may only need one hour with a wedding photographer. If you have 150 guests, four different locations during the day of your wedding and you have hair and makeup starting early that day and the party going until midnight, you probably need at least 8 hours with your wedding photographer.

Where do wedding photographers sit?

Wedding photographers and videographers do not sit during the wedding. We are usually walking around documenting the event.

How long does it take a photographer to edit photos?

Do you need a photographer at the wedding?

It really depends on your budget. We understand that not everyone can afford to have a professional wedding photographer and videographer at their wedding. You may be just fine having a family or friend document your day but make sure your expectations are reasonable for the outcome. But, if you want to make sure you have professional memories of your day then it is wise to hire a professional wedding photographer.

One of the easiest ways to save money with your wedding photographer is to limit the number of hours they are working on your wedding day. If you request unlimited coverage on the day of your wedding, the price is going to be high. But, if you can get away with a small number of hours you will save a lot of money with your wedding budget.
